TERMS & CONDITIONS BALA BOUTIQUE

CURRENCY & SHIPPING:

All prices are in Australian Dollars (A$) & we have a standard shipping rate of A$7.50 per item. Where ever possible we will look to reduce that shipping rate, but cannot guarantee this. Should the rate be lower than A$7.50 we will refund the amount to your credit card. As a relatively small business we do not charge GST at this stage but may be required to in the future.

PROCESSING:

Unless unforseen circumstances we will process your order within 48 hours & let you know in that time frame if your order is not available. We check the website daily & remove any stock that is not available so this should only happen on rare occasions. If your order is not available we will contact you & arrange either a replacement garment of another nature (see exchange rate policy below for details on under & over payments), or a full refund within another 48 hours.

DELIVERY TIME FRAMES:

We use Australian Express Post to send products to our customers. Usual time frame for delivery is overnight to most capital cities in Australia but can take up to 3 days for some towns or during peak periods such as Christmas.

REFUND / RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY:

QUALITY ISSUES:

All garments are checked fully before being sent to Bala & again before we send to our customers. If there are any quality issues with the construction of the garment or holes / blemishes we will replace it with the exact same garment if returned within 15 days of shipping to you with the original tags & receipt of purchase, assuming no evidence of wearing or washing. If we cannot replace it due to limited stock & you do not want another garment available through the Bala Boutique we will fully refund your money.

EXCHANGE:

We operate an exchange policy at the Bala Studio where by products can be exchanged for other products if returned within 15 days with original tags & receipt of purchase & no evidence of wearing or washing. Where there is a difference in price we will refund the difference up to a maximum of A$20. Where additional payment is required we charge the additional amount to your credit card before shipping & this may take additional time than normal.

SIZE EXCHANGE:

Where you would like a different size, we will accommodate this where ever possible, however, if we do not have another size in the garment you have chosen we can only offer that you exchange it for another product if returned to the store within 15 days of shipping to you with original tags, receipt of purchase & no evidence of wearing or washing. Where there is a difference in price between the old & new chosen garment we will refund the difference up to a maximum of A$20. Where additional payment is required we charge the additional amount to your credit card before shipping & this may take additional time than normal.

We also operate a common sense policy. Any issues, let's find a positive solution.

CUSTOMER DATA:

When you set up your account with Bala your name & contact details will be automatically saved to a secure database. You can choose whether or not you would like to receive any marketing materials from Bala. We will never under any circumstances sell your personal data to any other company or entity, nor allow them to use it.

CREDIT CARD SECURITY

All orders are processed by E-Way, Australia's leading on line payment gateway for on-line stores (www.eway.com.au). Our website has a Secure Stock Layer (SSL),128-bit encryption. We do not keep or see any credit card details.
